We are the Nielsens, and we own a vacation rental unit in a complex called the Shores of Maui. It is located in South Kihei near Kalama Beach Park and Charley Young Beach.

Enjoy the ocean breezes and the unobstructed, stunning ocean views (including sunsets!) from our second floor balcony. Great sunrises and moonrises over Haleakala are visible from the bedroom.
There is ample sleeping arrangements. We can accommodate families of up to 5 people. However groups of more than 3 there is an extra charge of $10 per night per guest.
Our condo features free wireless internet, three televisions and DVD players, and an XBOX gaming system with 5 games. We also have an in-unit washer / dryer, air conditioning and off-street parking.
The location of our condo can't be beat! It is just steps to the beach, the surfing cove, the grocery store, and the covered marketplace.

Book early for the Spring, Summer and Winter. This unit books up fast. Very popular with couples and families.

We have had the whole condo, floor to ceiling repainted, both stories and the lanai, and new tile in the bathroom. New wood blinds in the master bedroom for a new and fresh look.
June 2012
We just returned from Maui after 6 1/2 wks. We replaced the bedroom carpet with curly Koa hardwood flooring. We also did a few other things to improve the comfort of our guests.
April 2013
We just returned again from an extensive stay. More changes to come. New Kitchen and walk in shower at the end of June. Basically the condo will have undergone a complete make over.
