Lanai is another word for balcony. Our lanai faces west, and you can catch the most amazing sunsets from it. As well, a year or two ago, the condo association and the homeowners paid to have the power lines taken down and buried so that the ocean view is completely unobstructed.

There is a small table with two chairs on our lanai, and there are often binoculars for whale watching (approximately December to April). We have often seen whales breaching and splashing about in the ocean directly in front of the condo.

Please note that although smoking is not allowed inside the unit, smoking is allowed on the lanai.
