We also call our loft the den area. This extra space is over 300 square feet, and we think it is a perfect daytime hideaway for kids and teens.

The loft features a small loveseat with a couple of chairs as well as a television and a DVD player. What sets us apart is that we also provide an XBOX gaming console with 3 XBOX controllers for your gaming pleasure. The games we have included are Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Project Gotham Racing (II, I think), Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, and also a Football Game. (I seem to recall it is Madden '04 but I am not completely sure about that.)
