We require $200 or 10% of rental cost, whichever is higher, as a
security / damage deposit. This deposit is due within 10 days of
confirmation to secure your reservation.
Payment in full is required 40 days prior to the arrival date, and 60 days prior to arrival during the Christmas season.
For a full refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 40 days or more prior to the arrival date.
Payments will be retained for cancellations received within 40 days of arrival date, or after arrival date. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
